The learning process never stops: supported by a personal development program, you are encouraged to grow towards a position as a professional specialist, project manager or general manager.
Tomasz Gancarz started in April 2008 in the Warsaw office in Poland. Having graduated as a Master of Chemistry in 2004, he went on to complete his studies HSE management and quality management. “I am now studying environmental management, while I work as an HSE inspector. I’ve always wanted to work for the best in the business, and Tebodin is leading in many ways. After having worked for some of the biggest oil companies in the world, I can honestly say that the work here is much more diverse and dynamic. I just arrived a short while ago, but I have learned a lot about project management already, working together with experienced people who are the best in their business. In hope to further improve my practical knowledge here, which shouldn’t be a problem as the atmosphere is very open and friendly. The approachability of my boss was a nice surprise for me.’
Ladislav Kodera started in January 2008 at the Pardubice office of Tebodin Czech Republic. As a freshly graduated process engineer, he worked on the design calculations for an ammonia pipeline at a new fertilizer plant in Algeria. ‘I worked out the data on pressure and heat losses, and also contributed to the control systems. We carried out the work for Tebodin Gelsenkirchen in Germany, as the client is a company from Dortmund. I travelled to Germany once a month for consultations with colleagues. No, I haven’t been to Algeria yet, but we will go there in the near future. I like the job very much, because of the international outlook and the close cooperation and exchange between experts. I want to stay here and develop myself further.’
Sebastian Perkowski started in February 2008 at Tebodin SAP-Projekt in Warsaw, Poland. Educated at the Faculty of Engineering and Environmental Science at Warsaw Agricultural University, he is now proud to be part of a professional team in an international company and the largest consulting and engineering firm in Poland. ‘In my first weeks with Tebodin, I got to know new methods of project administration, budgeting and cost control. I also learned how to use procedures according to the manuals Project Management and Engineering Control, both part of the international Tebodin Quality System. Since then I’ve learned many things that were completely new to me, including how to prepare a Project Plan and a professional Proposal.’
