Expansion Project – Phase III: the expansion of a production and logistic hall for Skoda. The main hall consists of a steel structure framing split in three isles. It includes four assembly lines for cars
of VW, AUDI and SKODA, offices, paint repair, battery charging and is fully equipped for serial production of cars. The exterior design consisis of a 3 meters high brick wall and a metal cladding.
Balda
Project management for a new factory of Balda (plastic moulding facilities for mobile phone part): construction and testing of the entire factory including facilities such as cold storage, specific
clean rooms and related infra structures works, fire hydrants and sprinklers.
Stokvis Tapes India Pvt. Ltd.
Project management services including design development, tendering, proof checking, obtaining permit and construction supervision for development of a production hall of 3,500 sqm
with HVAC installations and clean room facilities built in an area of 16,000 sqm in the outskirts of Chennai, India.
DSM Engineering Plastics India Pvt. Ltd.
Project management permitting, detailed design and construction management services for a speciality plastic factory in Pune, India.
BMW India Private Ltd. CKD plant
Construction management services for the BMW 3 and 5 -series assembly plant in Chennai, India.
Wimco Petrogas Ltd. India
Basic design and preparation of an EPC bid in alliance with Interbeton. The project consists of import and storage of cryogenic propane and butane and a propane/butane inline blending skid to generate and export pressurised LPG by tankers or by pipeline.
Ford Motors India
Preliminary study, design, detailed engineering and project & construction management for construction of engine assembly & machine shop, employment facility building, auditorium, water bottling plant, conveyor system, IT block, Dyino plant and other service buildings including infrastructure development for Ford India Pvt. Ltd. at Chennai,India. Entire construction area measures approximately 80,000 m2.
