TME HR serves all TME offices in the Middle-East region namely the UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.
TME HR - Abu Dhabi aims to be the strategic, tactical and operational focal point of selected HR activities for the Middle East region, to enable, and to facilitate management on (the execution of) HR related matters. These activities comprise the whole employee life cycle (pre recruitment, recruitment, conditions of employment, career development, training & education, termination). The HR department acts in liaison with Tebodin head office in The Hague with respect to the development and implementation of HR systems and procedures.
